Return and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of receiving and with the following regulations and exceptions:
- • The item needs to be in the original packaging.
- • If your purchase was sold as a set the value of whatever you are returning is 10% less then it's cost, as all set prices are 10% off.
- • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and responsible for the safe return shipment of the merchandise. We can't accept any C.O.D. items
- • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If for any reason you need to return an item that had free shipping, the refund received will be for the item price minus the actual shipping costs incurred by decade-gifts.com
- • If an item was damaged when it was received, please save all of the original packaging so that we may file a claim with UPS.
- • If you have received this as a gift, and you are unable to find something that you want within the two-week timeframe, and want a full refund it will be refunded to the sender. However, we would be happy to send you a gift certificate that can be used at anytime at decade-gifts.com. We offer new items all the time.
